Justin Kent
Saxophone

Justin Kent started his musical journey on the flute aged 7 and progressed to the saxophone as soon as he was big enough. His affinity for the saxophone led to a music degree specialising in jazz performance and he has been inspired throughout his career by virtuoso saxophonists such as the late Don Rendell, George Garzone and John Harle, all of whom have given him invaluable advice and tuition. Justin is now a full time woodwind teacher and, having moved from his native Bristol, is also in demand as a saxophonist throughout Cumbria, the south of Scotland and the North East in a variety of jazz ensembles and function bands, doubling on flute and clarinet in theatrical shows.
